What is the schedule for AM Group Adventures?

AM Group adventure pick-up commence at 7:45AM and typically take around 1 hour. Following our 90 min adventure, we begin our AM Group Adventure drop-off and your dog will return by 12PM.
Do I need to provide anything for the walk?

For the walk, please ensure your dog has a collar with their contact tag and a harness if they use one. We'd also appreciate it if you could provide a towel for us to use during clean-up after the walk!
What areas do you service?

We service North Vancouver, West Vancouver & East Vancouver.
How long are Group Adventures, and where do we take the dogs?

We take dogs to off-leash trails located in West Vancouver, including: - Ballantree Park -Cypress Falls Park -Brothers Creek -Millstream Our group adventures are 90 minutes long, not including time spent picking up your dog.
How can I book a walk?

To book a walk, please fill out the contact form with a brief description of your dog. We will reach out to schedule a phone consultation. Please note that we do not accommodate occasional walks, our service requires at least one consistent scheduled walk at the same time each week.
What happens if my dog gets injured on the walk?

All of our walkers are pet first aid certified and carry first aid kits. We will asses the situation, contact you and if necessary, take your dog to the nearest vet or emergency clinic for care. Your dog's health and safety are our top priority.
What if I can't be home for pick-up/drop-off?

If you're not home for pick-up or drop-off, no problem! We can arrange to collect a key or door code for seamless access.
My dog is aggressive, can they join group adventures?

For the safety of your dog and others, we are unable to include aggressive dogs in group adventures. We prioritize the well-being of all dogs in our care, and group settings may not be suitable for dogs with aggressive tendencies.
What is the schedule for PM Group Adventures?

PM Adventure pick-ups take place between 10:30AM and 12:30PM. After the 90 min adventure, your dog will be returned by 3:30PM.
